$10.00 per member - $3.00 nonmember fee.  Ages 6-12 - $5.00.  Children under 6 are free.

Family Cap (2 adults and their non-adult children) $40.00 plus non-member fee per individuals.

Site opens at noon on August 20 and closes at noon on August 22.

 

After a long hot summer join us in the cool high mountains of the southern Outlands for tournaments and much merriment.  There will be plenty of competitions in the arts of war - light and heavy tournaments and melees.  And, due to popular request, the dreaded campfire brawl will return. So bring your gauntlets!  There will also be royal round and novelty shoots for archery.

 

Evening festivities always rock!  And, we are celebrating Sir Conrad’s knighthood as it matures to 21.  Much merriment is sure to unfold.

 

The site includes RV parking (no hook ups), water, and limited electricity.   Restaurants, laundry mats, and hotels are less than 5 miles away in Ruidoso.  If you plan to reserve a hotel do so early as the town books up in the summer.  The weather is comfortable (70s) during the day and cool at night (40s) with always a chance of rain.  The site is wet and camp restrictions - such as fire - will be announced closer to the event.  Check out our webpage for more information as it unfolds.

 

Directions: From Nahrun and Citadel take your best route to Hwy 54.  In Tularosa turn right on to Hwy 70.  From al-Baran take your best route to Hwy 54 (One suggestion is I25 south to Hwy 380 and turn east, at Carrizozo turn south onto Hwy 54).  Turn left onto Hwy 70.  In Ruidoso turn left onto Sudderth.  Turn right onto Mechem.  Turn Left on Cedar Creek Drive.  Turn right into Sam Tobias/Cedar Creek Camp site.
